How to Set Up LangLang for WhatsApp Translations

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure LangLang and start translating WhatsApp messages.

If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from Google Play Store.

Step 1: Select Your Language

When you launch LangLang for the first time:

On the welcome screen, tap the green "Select My Language" button.

Step 2: Enable "Appear on Top" Permission

To allow LangLang to display the floating translation button:

  1. Tap "Enable" on the "Step 1 of 2" screen.
  2. You'll be redirected to "Appear on top" settings.
  3. Find "Translator for WhatsApp" and toggle Allow permission to ON

Step 3: Enable Accessibility Permissions

To allow LangLang to translate your messages:

  1. On the "Step 2 of 2" screen, tap "Enable".
  2. You'll be redirected to Accessibility Settings.
  3. Locate "Translator for WhatsApp".
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the permissions and tap "OK" to proceed.
  5. Toggle the switch to ON.

Step 4: Choose Your Subscription Plan

To unlock automatic WhatsApp translations:

  1. On the subscription screen, choose a plan.
  2. Tap the yellow "Continue" button to confirm.

Step 5: Start Using LangLang on WhatsApp

  1. Confirm that "Translate WhatsApp" is enabled in the LangLang settings.
  2. Tap "Open WhatsApp" to start using the app.
  3. In any WhatsApp chat, look for the floating "Translate" button and tap it to translate messages.
